This 10 hour online course will introduce health care professionals who work in the community setting to chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments. This course will cover chemotherapy and biotherapy classifications and agents, routes of administration, adverse effects, administration complications, and proper safe handling techniques when administrating cytotoxic agents and when working with patients undergoing therapy. The goal of this course is to enhance the knowledge and judgement of health care professional working with cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and biotherapy treatment.
