March 2021 Update: The Interprofessional Education in Palliative and End-of-Life Care - Oncology (iEPEC-O) course has been redesigned into the EPC Series.
 
This updated course series offers expanded and updated content in palliative and end of life care. In addition to Cancer, the course also includes Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and End–Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Because of the extensive content expansion, the course is now organized into a three-part series: The Palliative Approach to Care, Symptom Assessment & Management and End-of-Life Care, Loss, and Grief . Each part can be taken alone. When all three parts are completed, participants will receive a de Souza Institute Hospice Palliative Care certificate.
