Foundations of Cancer Disease Sites Part C (CDSC00ODM19)

This course will introduce participants to essential concepts in genitourinary cancers (testicular, kidney and bladder), gynecological cancers (endometrial, ovarian and cervical), brain tumours and sarcoma. There are 8 modules in total, covering disease site specific prevalence and incidence, risk factors, signs and symptoms, screening, diagnostics, treatment options, and survivorship care.The information presented in this course is fundamental to those who work with oncology patients and their families. For each type of cancer, a case study will evaluate the learning.

Course Requirements

  1. Complete all course evaluations: baseline and post-survey, and end-of-section quizzes
  2. Complete all end-of-section course tests with a passing grade of 70%

 (Note: there is a maximum of two attempts per test in each section)
